Shipping Policy

We ship every Roadtail order with free standard US shipping — no minimum, no surprises at checkout.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time you place them. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed the next business day. You'll get an order confirmation by email immediately, and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking once your package leaves the warehouse.

Delivery Time Standard US delivery typically takes 5-9 business days from the ship date. Most customers receive their order within 7-12 business days of placing it. Delivery times can run slightly longer during peak holiday periods (mid-November through end of December) or during severe weather events that disrupt carrier networks.

Tracking Every order includes tracking. The moment your package ships, you'll get an email with the tracking number and a link to follow the package end-to-end. If you don't see the shipping email within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or email us at the Contact page.

International Orders We currently ship to US addresses only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. We're working on expanding to Canada and Mexico — sign up for our email list to be notified when international shipping opens.

Delayed Packages Most carrier delays resolve within 3-5 days. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days, email us through the Contact page with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we ship a replacement at no charge.
