Return Window You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. After 30 days we can't process refunds, but we can still help with product questions or warranty issues.

What Can Be Returned Any cover in its original condition — clean, undamaged, and with original packaging — qualifies for a full refund. Lightly used covers also qualify if the issue is fit, function, or quality. We don't penalize you for trying it.

What Can't Be Returned Covers damaged by chewing, sharp objects, or improper installation. Covers used commercially (rideshare, dog-walking services). Items returned after the 30-day window.

How To Return Email us through the Contact page with your order number and reason for the return. We'll reply within 24 business hours with a return shipping label and instructions. Pack the cover and drop it at any US carrier location.

Refund Timing Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of us receiving the returned item. The refund goes back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take an additional 3-7 business days to appear on your statement.

Exceptions Damaged or defective items get a full refund or free replacement — your choice — and we cover return shipping. Just include a photo when you email us so we can fast-track the resolution.
